last year i missed the finale because i was in another continent. even after being gone for about a month i was still eager to see who won.
the new season has begun. *snap*snap. everybody in my house (save one) watched the premiere last night. needless to say, it was a great time.
a few brief comments, in depth analysis to come.
most surprisingly bad dress. piss poor construction. when she took the jacket off it only got worse. i believe the judges were right in giving this designer the boot.
although our friendly neighborhood 'hippie/spiritual' designer made the silly dress with the tail i would much rather see what else she comes up with over the simone (the designer of the dress above)
the dress above was last nights winner. i think its pretty overrated.
which was most underrated though? hmmm....ill have to pour over the images again.

i loved the purple dress as well. I would wear it.
also, Christian's outfit (the plaid jacket and skirt) was very well done. It wasn't outrageous, but was a very creative design. It was a good balance of wearable and fashion.
Everyone tells me I should watch that show but I think it would make me feel depressed that I'd never get that opportunity because a) I don't know the right people in general and b) I lack that motivation and skill, and it makes me jealous to see them creating. But anyway, I'm glad you like it, that's cute. Also, I miss you and love you!
