if i lived anywhere else, i would want the following criteria:
seasons
reasonably high population density
proximity to a body of water
proximity to the woods, preferably terrain
not a winter of death, in terms of length.
seems like it doesn't leave a whole lot out there. salright, i plan on being in baltimore for longer anyway and im in no hurry.
is san diego frat-ish?
